| Job Responsibilities/Duties: | |
| Job Summary: Sell and serve alcoholic beverages to customers that are the legal drinking age and maintain a clean, orderly and well-stocked bar. Ensure compliance with legal requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: " Setup bar area and seating area prior to opening. Checks opening inventory, notes any shortages or changes. (Including back bar display) " Pours and Dispenses Alcoholic Beverages to Legal age guests. Checks IDs of all customer that look 30 years or younger. Records all Sales by ringing exact amounts into register. " Rotates and restocks bar coolers, with inventory from walk-in cooler. Restocks bar supplies, such as dry goods, all glassware, all juices, sodas, and garnishes. " Reads orders from waiter/waitress and fills and directs Wait Staff, when to serve in bar (as needed). " Greets customers in a courteous fashion, with world-class service in mind. Informs customers about current bar and bowling specials and practices suggestive selling beverages, pizza and food. " Helps maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge areas. Equipment, TVs, mirrors, signs, tables, chairs, stainless steel. | |

| Minimum Position Qualifications: " Prior customer service, bartender, drink preparation experience. " Serving Alcohol Responsibly training and T.I.P.S. certification are preferred, but this training can also be delivered while in the job. " Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol and possess any local alcohol serving requirements. " High school education or equivalent. MUST be able to work nights and weekends!
