| This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of this role that account for 5% or more of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned. 1 Takes patient's vital signs, treats wounds, evaluates physical condition of patient, and administers medication as required. 2 Contacts Physician and hospital to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed. 3 Maintains record of persons treated, and prepares accident reports and insurance forms. 4 Develops employee programs such as health education, accident prevention, alcohol abuse counseling, curtailment of smoking and weight control regimens. 5 Assists Physician in employee medical examinations. 6 May be responsible for on-site drug testing. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Familiarity with Workerâs Compensation reporting.
